Returns & Exchanges

Orders from US Outlet: Products may be returned for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Products are returned within 30 days of the original purchase date;
  • Products are in new condition (unused and unwashed);
  • Products are in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for costs associated with return shipping. All "Free Shipping Offers" will be charged a normal UPS domestic shipping charge before a refund is issued.

Factory Direct Orders: No returns or exchanges can be accepted for custom products, including custom size, custom color, custom printing, custom label and custom packaging. For any issues with the custom products, we will work with our factory partners to resolve them to customers' satisfaction.

Exchanges: If you believe you have received a defective product, please call or email us for assistance. We are happy to provide pre-paid return labels for customers who have received a defective item and wish to have the product exchanged or a refund issued upon return of the defective product. Products may only be exchanged for similar products of an equal or lesser value. Any necessary partial refunds due to an exchange will be issued at the time of the physical exchange.

Quality Tolerances: In the manufacturing industry of microfiber cloths, +/- 10% is the standard of maximum manufacturing tolerances on sizes and weights. Any custom products that are outside of the specifications of sizes and weights by more then +/- 10% can be considered to be defective and are warranted for return. Our partnering factories promise a maximum manufacturing tolerance at +/- 5% to all the microfiber products we deliver.
