Shipping & Delivery

From US Outlet: All Orders from our US Outlet Store are shipped via UPS Ground from our US warehouse in New Jersey. Most of the orders are shipped out the same business day. UPS shipments can take approximately 2-5 business days. We offer free shipping on any order over $69.00 and charge flat rate $7.49 on any order under $69.00 to the Continental 48 United States.

Factory Direct: All Factory Direct orders are sold in full cases with MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) being 3 cases, and shipped via UPS Expedited Ocean Shipping from our manufacturing facility in China. It takes 3-4 weeks for the orders to be delivered to Lower 48 States.

Custom Orders: All custom orders less than container load (LCL) are sold in full cases with MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) being 15 cases (300 kgs), and shipped via UPS Expedited Ocean Shipping from our manufacturing facility in China. It takes 3-4 weeks for the orders to be delivered to Lower 48 States.

Container Orders: Shipping of full container orders are arranged through partnered logistics companies. It takes 4-6 weeks for container orders to be delivered to Lower 48 States.

International Orders: We are currently making factory direct sales of microfiber towels in full cases only to customers in the United States and Canada. For orders delivered to Canada, it is the buyer's responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery.
